Custom Foot Orthotics - Arch Support and Pain Relief
There are 3 arches in the foot which give supportive strength to the feet and absorb shock when you stand, walk or run.
If the arches are weak (flat feet, overpronation) or are not properly supported, damaging stress can be translated from the feet to your ankles, knees, legs, hips and lower back.
By properly supporting your arches, custom foot orthotics can significantly decrease this damaging stress and make walking, running and standing on your feet much more comfortable.
What Conditions can Custom Foot Orthotics Help?
Custom foot orthotics do a tremendous job of keeping the foot and arches supported and in proper alignment. This can significantly decrease the risk of injury due to wear and tear resulting from poor foot mechanics.
However, the body is a kinetic chain, and improper foot mechanics can contribute to specific conditions which affect the feet, legs, knees, hips and lower back. Even with custom foot orthotics, further treatment may be needed in order to enjoy a full recovery.

Custom Orthotics, Chiropractic and Active Release Technique®
Even with custom foot orthotics, it is important to address any wear and tear that may have resulted from poor foot mechanics.
Active Release Technique® can break up scar tissue and adhesions in muscle and soft tissue, resulting in freer movement, improved mechanics, and more efficient walking, running and standing without pain.
Chiropractic can help restore normal joint motion in the feet, ankles, knees and hips to improve joint mobility and ranges of motion. When used in combination, custom foot orthotics, Chiropractic, and Active Release can put a quick end to pain and get you back to doing what you love to do.
